I can rattle off the same New Year’s script where I vow to do and be better, but daily resolutions are more my style.
Each morning, I set intentions and bullet point in my mind how to execute them by day’s end. With fitness, it admittedly takes more finessing which is why this year, I’m ditching the scale and basing my confidence on how I feel versus how much I weigh.
I also want to do workouts that scare the hell out of me ’cause that’s what lights the fire under my teeny booty. More cardio courage over the liquid kind in 2018.
