This year, I am dedicating myself to a consistent fitness journey.

In the past, I’ve gotten into a groove, but once I start feeling good or see the results that I want — I stop. In 2018, I’m going to continue everything that I start from my workout schedules to my meal prepping, no matter how tired or busy I am because health and fitness matter physically, emotionally and mentally.

I’m committing myself to regular yoga classes, more cardio, and taking a dance class whenever my schedule allows to let one of my passions fuel part of my fitness journey.

To 2018 and beyond!
