Something about stepping outside even to burn calories doesn’t sound appealing during torrential downpours. Nevertheless, it’s quiet for excuses on the journey toward your perfect summer bae body. The alternative? Make a detour to your living room (or bedroom) to kick up your cardio and do some body-defining exercises.
