If abs are made in the kitchen, then I’m coming for Teyana Taylor’s toned core in 2018.
OK, not quite, but keeping it cute (a.k.a. healthy!) in the kitchen is my #1 mission. TBH, my weaknesses are usually of the ice cream, chips and fried chicken variety. And while last year’s “What The Health” craze and stomach problems had me remixing my daily meals anyway, this year, I plan to double down on keeping my plate stacked with what works for, not against, my body in the hopes of making a complete lifestyle change.
Also, I want to have a more consistent workout schedule. Sweating every day is key.
