As a novice runner and fitness geek, I get dozens of emails daily that spotlight the newest running sneakers, sports bands and apparel but with so many options, race day shopping can quickly become overwhelming.
In just 12 days, I’ll be running in the Navy Air Force Half (eek!). Luckily, I have a group of friends who have been in the running game for a while, and are helping me prepare for the big day.
